About Fratelli Pizza

Our Founder, Almir, loves our hill country community. Serving delicious authentic Italian pizza and cuisine to our family and community is what he knows… since 1971 this has been his family’s tradition. In 2019 he decided to share his love of cooking with the residents of Bertram. He opened the very first and original location of Fratelli Pizza. Everyone in Bertram and the surrounding areas, were instantly transcended the moment they tasted Al’s authentic pizzas and Italian cuisine.

He went on to open additional restaurants, all to the highest regard by all in the community. Every night locals would enjoy magnificent cuisine and Italian favorites. One of these included the 2nd Fratelli Pizza in Liberty Hill.

In 2025 the 3rd and 4th locations opened in historical Burnet, Texas and Harker Heights, Texas. True to form, they have proven to be as loved as the previous two locations.

Years later the Fratelli Pizza locations continue to thrive. All while paying a nod to their founder and mentor.
